It’s Mental Health Awareness Month. according to a 2020 report from NAMI, 1 in 5 US Adults experience mental illness. 1 In 20 adults experience serious mental illness and 17% of youth (6-17 years) experience a mental health disorder. If you are going through something it is important to know that you are not alone. Fight the Stigma! You are not crazy for asking for help if you need it. It’s crazy if you need help and you don’t.
