I stopped listening to my body which meant I had been the heaviest I’ve ever been as an adult outside of being pregnant. Trust and believe I wasn’t pregnant. That ship has sailed. But I’m back on topic.
I started this year at 209. Fast forward to now. I’m down to 187.8. Pretty much back to where I started this journey to FMC and size healthy back in 2015. I’ve made life style changes that I know will impact me long term. I know the next 15-20 will be harder but I’m committed to being the best Me possible.

That time you want to workout but aren’t prepared completely. I left my Apple Watch at home and took too long dropping my daughter off to cheer that I was only able to get 45mins in. I put my phone in my pocket and popped my AirPod in. I made the best of it and bust my butt. Muscle memory is starting to activate. I did a few sprints at an 8 speed today. I’ve only been back running for a few weeks. So I’m proud of my progress. Tomorrow I will show up again and do my best.

No smoothie yet but this guided power walk was the business. Highly recommend.

It’s cheer night! So instead of the regular Mickey Ds I found a healthier option. Teriyaki Salmon over veggies. I’ll be surprised if I get through half of this.
