Trails ROC!

Run with us on Sunday on the west side as Andrea leads us through the trails of Oatka Creek Park!

Fun Sunday morning session with an amazing crowd! We loved having some brand-new trail runners join the mix alongside the crew. Whether you were out here finding your trail legs for the first time or putting in the vert work to prepare for Many Lite this October, the effort today was fantastic.

Reminder, the run today is at the old ski hill in PowderMill park!

Thank you to everyone who joined us this morning for our “pop-up” edition Sunday morning group run. Congrats to all who ran down at Cayuga 50’s yesterday!!! These runs are about more than just logging miles—they’re about community, connection, and sharing the trail experience together.

🚨‼️ GROUP RUN ALERT ‼️🚨

Come out and join us tomorrow morning at 8 am for an unplanned, pop-up group run through the trails at Durand Eastman. We will meet up at parking lot D on Lakeshore Blvd and begin promptly at 8. We will do the typical hour group run and then some additional miles for anyone interested in adding on some more (last big training miles weekend heading into MOTG on 6/20!)
