Rochester Flood Equipment Rental

Drying out some walls and carpet from a flood from last Saturday's rainfall. If your home or office gets wet, we have the equipment to dry it out.

We have 2 more dehumidifiers available to rent. The 2 units are Phoenix 270 HTX. These are XXL capacity per Xactimate.

With the expected extreme cold temperatures and wind chills we suggest turning off outside water spigots for the Winter if you haven't done so already. Even though "frost free" spigots like the one pictured are less likely to freeze and burst they still can and will make a mess. If you have a shut off in the basement behind the wall of the spigot, we advise you to shut it off just in case. *side note* make sure outside water spigots are shut off in basements or crawl spaces. The near record low temperatures for the next couple of days can be enough to freeze pipes and cause a real mess.
