How Our Process Works
Heating: Our specialized infrared unit softens the top 1.5 to 2.5 inches of damaged asphalt to between 325°F and 350°F without burning or damaging the material.
Raking (Scarifying): The softened pavement is meticulously raked to create a uniform profile.
Rejuvenation: We apply a premium, maltenes-based asphalt rejuvenator to restore vital oils and binders, breathing new life into the older asphalt.
Recompaction: Fresh hot-mix asphalt is added where necessary, luted to a perfect grade, and compacted to create a durable, flush patch.
