As I hold my head up today with nothing to be ashamed of, it is my pain that has opened up spaces in my heart for joy. Adversity always introduces me to myself. The real challenge of life comes when I get knocked down. During my worst moments is where all my growing has taken place. You see the kingdom of heaven is WITHIN you. The Universe showers love even through struggles. Anybody can be thankful for good things, but when you can be thankful for the bad things it is then your spiritual quest presents itself to you. So I'm reminding everyone to be appreciative of difficult times knowing that challenges were not meant to destroy you. Because if they were you'd be destroyed.
