OMG! has Pineapple Dole Whip year round

I'm sure most of you have figured out that ECPK aka EC Protein Kitchen creator/owner is Elena Cotsakos. She comes on time to time to respond to personal responses that I (Katie Rooks aka ) do not feel is my place to do so.. I do a lot of work under and as ECPK, but she will always make it known its her so do not worry.. With that being said, I stumbled across this news paper clipping on her desk and without her knowing I am posting it because clearly the experience has been building way before I (Katie) have been in the picture... And I mean way before!!!

Rachelle, an ECPK supporter, took overall masters AND over all open!!! Not to mention earned TWO pro cards! Congrats girl, you look amazing!
