Holiday Shows are full steam ahead! My last show of the season is at one of my favorite places to be: Yourist Studio on Jackson Road, December 12-14. I, along with 30 talented fellow potters, will be selling my wares... turquoise and glossy blue & black dinnerware, hearty coffee mugs, "baby vases," and my "protectors," posing for their album cover...

🎨 Artist Spotlight: Marian Short ✨
With over 20 years of printmaking experience, Marian Short brings lively graphics, sharp humor, and bold design to her hand-carved linocut prints. Using water-soluble inks, every edition is crafted with care, character, and wit. Beyond printmaking, Marian also creates handbuilt pottery—organic, functional forms decorated with playful surface techniques like sgraffito, paper cutouts, stamping, and carving. Her art is as vibrant and spirited as the rambunctious Ann Arbor home she shares with her husband and 10-year-old kiddo.
Catch Marian’s prints and pottery at the Trenton Art Festival Art Fair on Saturday, September 20th, Noon–8 PM at Roundhouse BBQ in downtown Trenton, MI.
