Melissa is a dedicated leader with a strong focus on driving performance, developing talent, and building lasting client relationships. She brings a wealth of experience in coaching sales teams, consistently exceeding targets, and creating strategies that support both business growth and exceptional customer satisfaction. Her passion for leadership and teamwork makes her an invaluable part of our organization, especially in a fast-paced environment where results matter.

Outside of the office, Melissa is a devoted wife and proud mom of two boys 💙. She loves chasing sunshine and exploring new destinations ✈️, and as a true food enthusiast, she’s always excited to try something new 🍽️. Most days, you’ll find her on the sidelines, cheering on her boys at the baseball fields ⚾️.
