It’s always spooky season 🦇🎃👻 Super proud of how this caramel apple cake turned out! A spiced vanilla cake loaded with toasted pecans, apple pie filling, and salted caramel, topped with brown butter frosting. The poisoned apple turned out exactly how I imagined it! 🍎✨

happy May everyone! Mother’s day is just around the corner and what better way to celebrate than with the sweet and tangy flavor of the month! each puff will have an adorable and slightly toasty daisy flower made from italian meringue piped on top! 🌼
