Every child soaks up new information differently and a lot of that depends on their personality and learning style.

Take a step back and think about your child's personality.

🤔 What do they get the most joy out of?

🤔 What type of books are they most interested in?

🤔 What are their pet peeves?

Understanding your child's personality can help you develop a strategy for supporting them as they learn how to read. Use what you know to inspire them to read, minimize distractions and frustrations, and create a new approach for learning.

So if you haven't thought about your child's personality or learning style when it comes to reading, you haven't tried everything 🤷🏽‍♀️
