Coffey Building Group is currently seeking a Purchasing Clerk.

Primary Responsibilities
• Ensure that all purchase orders have their associated material costs entered accurately and in real time
• Tie the cost to the job quote
• If no quote is available, obtain an Order Acknowledgement or get “over the counter pricing”
• Receive, reconcile and process all gas receipts
• Receive, reconcile and process all Home Depot receipts
• Receive, reconcile and process all field reimbursements
• “LEED” compliance reporting
• Order all office and maintenance supplies
• Source supplies from company approved vendors
• Do a weekly check that inventories are enough for the offices needs
• Manage all office and maintenance inventory in an organized and tidy manner
• Occasionally assist the warehouse personnel with uncommon duties
• Reconcile the Amazon and Staples bill every month
• Reconcile the Verizon bill every month

Requirements
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to attend educational events and/or classes
• Motivated self-starter with strong work ethic and a willingness to take initiative
• Positive attitude and ability to work in team environment
• Work well under pressure and deadlines
• Ability to manage time and prioritize workload
• Ability to learn new job skills by engaging in the technical aspects of the job and applying new skills as they are taught.
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Office
• Have basic competencies with computers
• Basic arithmetic

Beneficial skills
• Proficient in Excel
• Proficient with PDF markup and generation
• Able to create professional and visually appealing reports and presentations

This is an entry-level full-time position with full medical, vision and dental benefits that includes $1000/month paid by Coffey Building Group towards monthly insurance costs.

Job offers will be contingent on passing a pre-employment drug test and background check.
