Meet our latest passion project: custom, premium wide-brim leather hats, laser-engraved with incredible precision right here in the workshop.
For Ancient City Designs, good enough is never good enough. Testing a new material like high-quality leather means finding the perfect calibration—balancing the power of the laser to etch deep, permanent, and crisp lines without compromising the texture of the brim. Every floral swirl, feather texture, and intricate line is designed to last and made to turn heads.
We don’t simply make products—we build pieces you’re proud to wear, display, and pass down.
