Meet Alise Sjostrom, a 2026 Video Speaker at the Women of Influence Summit
At 16, she came home from a 4-H trip and announced she was going to become an artisan cheesemaker on her family's dairy farm. Most people didn't take it seriously.
She did.
Years of training across Vermont, Wisconsin, Switzerland, and Brazil later, Alise and her husband came home to Jer-Lindy Farms in Brooten, MN and built Redhead Creamery from the ground up. Today it's an award-winning farmstead creamery and a beloved destination cheese shop.
When life threw curveballs, she saw the next question worth answering.
That's Brave Anyway: the courage to keep building something others couldn't quite picture yet.
