Small HVAC Company seeking an experienced HVAC Diagnostician! Strong AC, Heat Pump and Furnace repair knowledge is a must.
The ideal candidate must have a strong knowledge of the HVAC industry and be able to repair, maintain and contribute to installing a variety of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

Our repair technician's primarily day-to-day activity consists of HVAC unit diagnostics and repairs - you will also join team members as an assistant Installer where needed.

The successful candidate must be able to effectively troubleshoot issues while providing above excellent customer service. Client satisfaction is imperative! This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for small company flexibility in ever necessary work/life balance while always focused towards a long-term career in the HVAC industry.

Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues.
• Test and inspect electrical components of HVAC systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems.
• Calibrate HVAC systems to ensure proper operation.
• Advise customers on proper use of HVAC systems.

Salary: $18.00 - $40.00 per hour with opportunities to receive client paid gratuities and performance based bonuses
((lowest pay rate may be applied based upon industry experience while we are willing to foster nearly "introductory entry level" technicians while quickly achieving invaluable growth of knowledge and experience once inside the company - starting pay rate, at least for a few probationary period increments, with relatively quick hourly rate escalations to raise the pay based on proven performance.))
