We are absolutely thrilled, over the moon, and justifiably tired to share that we have been certified gluten-free by the Gluten Intolerance Group! It's been a year of writing policies and procedures, searching for new vendors for clean ingredients, and then re-writing policies and procedures as things changed or evolved, but every second has been worth it!

It's been a week of getting my ducks in a row! The kitchen policies and procedures manual is almost done; I've seen a demo of The Food Corridor software package and have opted in to using that; and I'm getting an application to be certified as a gluten-free space by a 3rd party since no one in Oregon does the gluten-free certification. Next up: receive applications from prospective members of the kitchen which will begin on 12/15! So pass the word to all your favorite gluten-free businesses who need a commercial kitchen.
