Understand not all proteins are quality proteins. Some have more essential amino acids than others.

If you’re looking to optimize your health, you can either:

Do some research and digging. Then try out all the fads that have good marketing and never find the correct recipe for your lifestyle. But they have great marketing and low-quality products because they spend their money on sales tactics. After all, we don’t understand how the body performs best, which makes the sales tactics the focus because they know the majority don’t know how to navigate their health and fitness when it comes to quality. So it’s easier to tap into people's insecurities and mental status.

But hey at least they’ll have a community ✅ but there won’t be much optimization going on and when you snap 🫰🏽 out of the cult mentality you’ll realize you’re in the same place you always were. Except “maybe” Skinner from having malnutrition because of low-quality ingredients and fillers.

When you’re ready for some good’ol fashion grit and hard work because you know that builds more than fitness. Well then you know what to do 💪🏽

She’s on vacation but still being the person that lives a healthy lifestyle no matter the circumstances.

We’re back in action Monday and a lot of other people have made a decision to start Monday all over the world.
