Would you like support to process a difficult birth experience?
I have students about to commence the final part of their training who are looking for volunteers to experience a Birth Story Listening session.
If you would like support to shift from blame, guilt, disappointment and pain and find new meaning in your birth experience, this is for you.
Sessions can be done via zoom anywhere in the world. You'll need to have 60-90 mins of distraction-free and child-free time.
You must be motivated for change. The session is not simply about sharing your story (although you will share parts of it), its a guided process to support a shift towards more peace and feeling lighter.
Your birth experience must have occurred within the past 7 years. If you're a birth worker and would like to process a birth you've supported at, also please apply.
You'd need to be available sometime in the next 6 weeks.
