We will be making music and much of Jesus as we hear truth taught tomorrow morning at 10:50am at Sierra Vista United Methodist Church in the Chapel Hall. Come be a part of it.

Boundaries are healthy not harmful 🙏 They are a way of giving information to the people in your life about what is ok and what is not ok for you. When done from a place of love and wanting to strengthen the relationship—they are not selfish at all! Here are a few helpful tips for setting boundaries in your relationships: 1. **Communicate Clearly:** Express your needs and limits openly and honestly with your partner. Use “I” statements to avoid sounding accusatory and focus on your own feelings and boundaries. 2. **Be Consistent:** Once you’ve established boundaries, stick to them consistently. This helps build trust and shows your partner that you’re serious about your boundaries. 3. **Respect Yourself:** Remember that setting boundaries is about respecting your own needs and well-being. Don’t feel guilty for prioritizing your own mental, emotional, and physical health. Relationships are unique and difficult and amazing all at the same time.
