I’ve spent a lot of years living behind my phone.

Capturing everything.
Researching everything.
Trying to turn everything into something useful… productive… shareable.

Even the good stuff.
Especially the good stuff.

And somewhere along the way, I realized I couldn’t remember the last time I was fully present in my own life without thinking about how to document it, improve it, or turn it into something.

Or how to make it look perfect enough to post.

So this is me trying something new.

Less perfection.
More presence.

No more waiting for the perfect photo or an aesthetically pleasing moment — just real life as it is.

Less performing.
More actually living.

Cooking because I love it.
Baking because it brings me peace.
Taking care of my health in this season of life because I want to feel strong — not because I’m chasing an outcome.

I’ll still share the things that genuinely help me along the way — because if there’s something I’ve found or walked through that could make this season a little easier for someone else in the same place, I want to pass that on.

But I want my life to feel gentler than it has.

Perfection was the old chapter.
Presence is the new one.

Living well at almost 49 — gently.
