Our vibrant, member-led community includes professionals from a wide range of practice environments across Oregon—urban and rural, large and small, specialty and primary care. This diversity reflects our core mission: to connect and support current and future healthcare leaders.

We’re proud to spotlight the healthcare professionals who’ve stepped forward to lead—individuals working in the field just like you who generously volunteer their time in support of our shared values: professional development, inclusive collaboration, open communication, and mutual support.

Since our name change in December 2024, Oregon HLA continues to be a leader and champion of local education, networking, mentorship, advocacy, and access to practical resources. Our association thrives because of our amazing volunteers and the many voices—from solo providers to large healthcare systems—that unite around these priorities.
