Why teach Yoga to Kids??

You might be thinking this question and thinking that, kids are already active they don’t need yoga. Yes you are right that kids are already active with various sports but we feel that teaching them yoga and breathing techniques gives them tools that will help them cope with fear, anxiety and/or panic that kids might experience during their school or other areas of life.
Learning yoga gives them the autonomy that they crave and help them understand their bodies better.
