With Brad in D.C. for the RNC meetings and the Presidential Inauguration, I had the honor of attending a special Utah Business event where he was recognized as an Utah Business Leader of the Year for 2024. Brad was very modest in telling us about the award, but being in the presence of so many incredible honorees this evening was truly humbling. Utah is fortunate to have so many remarkable individuals making a positive impact in both business and our communities - and Brad is one of them.

Over the course of his career, Brad has done so much good, and in the past year, he has dedicated himself to designing and launching Utah’s Startup State campaign. This initiative is helping entrepreneurs across the state access resources and knowledge that were previously out of reach.

It was a privilege to accept this recognition on Brad’s behalf, with our sons by my side. Thank you, Melanie and the UB team, for having us, and congratulations to my one and only, Brad Bonham! You’re so deserving of this recognition.
