This month, we’re recognizing Marshall Brown for his leadership, industry experience, and long-standing commitment to the building materials industry.
Marshall serves as FBM’s Chief Operating Officer and brings more than 35 years of experience across operations, sales, regional leadership, and branch management. From starting his career in Oklahoma in 1990 to helping found Southwest Building Materials in Tucson, his career has been built on leadership, growth, and a commitment to building for the future.
That forward-looking mindset continues to shape his leadership today. Marshall believes that with any decision, it’s important to look beyond the immediate impact and consider the effect it may have years down the road. By applying a long-term view to decision-making, he helps position FBM, its employees, and its customers for long-term success.
