Clear Construction

The coffered ceiling in this guest bedroom is part of the 2,500 square feet carried across the lower level, establishing a consistent overhead framework from room to room. Integrated into the grid are small-aperture recessed lighting panels—planned and wired as part of the ceiling scope before a single coffer was installed.
