Making sure everyone else is okay. ✓

And somewhere in between all of that, you're supposed to also remember who 𝗬𝗢𝗨 are?

Yes. Actually. You are.

Not because you've earned it by doing enough. But because you were a whole person before the kids and you still are.

You’re not overwhelmed because you’re weak.

You’re overwhelmed because you’ve been carrying more than most people can see.

The constant thinking.
The emotional weight.
The pressure to keep showing up, even when you’re already running on empty.

And somewhere along the way, you started believing you just need to try harder.

Push through.
Do more.
Hold it together a little better.

But what if that’s not what you need at all?

What if the answer isn’t more effort…
but actual support?

Not pressure.
Not expectations.
Just something that helps you pause, breathe, and feel like yourself again.

If this feels like you, save and share it with others 🤍

Some seasons in motherhood don’t look like growth…
they feel like losing yourself.

The disconnection
The emptiness
The quiet sense that you’re not who you used to be

It’s easy to think something has gone wrong.

But what if this isn’t failure?
What if this is the part where everything false begins to fall away…
so something more honest can emerge?

You’re not breaking down.
You’re being reshaped.

And you don’t have to rush your way out of it.

If this spoke to you, I wrote more about this season and what it really means 🤍

There’s a certain kind of woman everyone relies on.

The one who keeps things moving.
Who remembers everything.
Who holds space, shows up, and makes it all work no matter what.

And over time, it becomes so natural…
you stop asking for help.
you feel guilty resting.
you stay three steps ahead of everyone else.

But just because you can carry it all…
doesn’t mean you’re meant to.

You deserve to be supported too.
To be held.
To not have to figure everything out on your own 🤍

If this feels like you, I see you.
