What’s on your gratitude list today?

Our bodies, like all of the natural world, are creations of God.

Each of us, a precious testament to the reality of Gods’ magnificence.

Our bodies are awesome, complex, mysterious, and incredible.

If you can look out at the natural world and appreciate it for all it’s beauty and wonder, you can do that for your very own body.

It’s a must, in order to be in right relationship with your body.

Our bodies were created in the very image of God.

God created man and woman with the blueprint of the highest order - we are sacred, like a temple for God to dwell in.

With this view in mind, what becomes important?

To honor, respect, and love our bodies as creations and temples of God.

Have you ever thought of your body in this way? Do you feel like your body is a special place, a beautiful place, and a sacred space? What stops you from regarding your body with admiration, appreciation, and care?
