We met Pretty Pennie in Florida last year at the Female Beerfest and we fell in love with her hop jewelry. We got her to leave the -15 degree weather in Canada and come to Twisted! A few months ago, we brewed a wheat-heavy, no boil saison with which was soured with their house culture. Most of that saison went into gin barrels to age for several months. Some of that batch was transferred into kegs, to keg condition and to be released for special occasions. This week, just one of those kegs was moved into a small fermenter to sit on top of wild foraged chanterelles supplied by . This singular keg will only be served at on February 8th.
