Brigadeiros are traditional chocolate bonbons from Brazil. During our time in Portugal we would find them in local bakeries and cafes, and we wanted to share these delicious bite-sized treats for the Christmas season! Small and round like a truffle yet chewy and soft like fudge or caramel, brigadeiros are creamy and not quite like any other chocolate you might imagine. The most common variety is rolled in chocolate sprinkles, but they can be decorated and flavored in endless combinations. Our brigadeiros are enrobed in pops of holiday cheer for maximum festivity!
