I’ve been putting in hours on hours every week to recover from an injury that has been changing my life. I’m really excited that today I lifted over 100 lbs , jumped over 30”, regained my ability to jog, and much more. The emotional journey? Can’t even go there yet😅. I’m so grateful to my physical therapist .dangpt for helping me keep getting back to a strong, pain free, life. And so grateful for my love being by my side every step of the way. Maybe I’ll see you soon dance career 👀 but for now… I’m really enjoying living without pain and going to keep working to stay strong for me and the people I love. That’s my lil update 💕
