Trauma Therapy Retreat in the house!!!! A little Zoey Extraordinary Playlist with a paraffin dips after some amazing homemade Irish Beef Stew. 🥰
Had to tell them they could relax their hands on down. 🤣 It is going to be a great week with this group! Lots of training with some amazing activities and self-care.
