Hi everyone! I’m Tabathia Dick, founder and CEO of Scalable Dynamics—though most people just call me Tabby. I’m truly grateful for the opportunity to share a bit about my journey and business with this incredible group.
Scalable Dynamics is a small but mighty software consulting company that partners with mid-size to enterprise businesses—especially in manufacturing, healthcare, and education.
We specialize in:
• Custom software development
• SaaS product development
• Application development
• Cloud solutions
• AI, machine learning, and automation consulting
We’ve had the honor of working with clients like Ford Motors, DDI (a global education platform), and many other companies across the U.S. Our focus is on building practical, scalable solutions that reduce costs, increase revenue, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experience.
We also love working with Microsoft partners and have deep experience collaborating on high-impact projects that solve real business challenges.
A few highlights from our journey:
• 9 years in business, with consultants who bring 25–30+ years of enterprise-level experience
• Over 1 million miles traveled from 2017 to 2023—our team quite literally lived in hotels to be hands-on for our clients
• My loyal Dachshund, Oscar, traveled with us the whole way as our honorary team member
• A 97% client referral rate, thanks to our results-driven approach, transparency, and genuine care for the people we serve
This year, I’ll also be featured at the Microsoft Copilot Conference to share how I used Copilot, Microsoft’s AI assistant, to support my recovery after a serious injury. It became an unexpected source of support—a non-judgmental space to think, reflect, and move forward. That experience deepened my belief in this work.
