Lymphatic brush 🖌️ our favorite for in the treatment room and at home, because our lymphatic system needs a little help sometimes and it’s wayyyy more comfortable to use than a scratchy dry brush

Standard process supplements 💊 A life savor TBH, these two pictures specially are my favorite for draining sinus pressure and viruses. I’m not a doctor guys!! Check with your primary or go see a naturopath to sooodify what you need or take at your own discretion :)

Toothpaste 🦷 One of the most common skin concerns I see everyday? Perioral dermatitis and mouth breakouts, it’s probably your toothpaste girly. This one still feels super fresh and minty but doesn’t have any of the bad stuff.

Humble deodorant, yes it WORKS ✨ I’m sure my clients can attest to the fact I never smell 😚 Again, none of the bad stuff, and the scents are all essential oil based.
