Have you ever planned to get something done on one day... but life had other plans?

Google Tasks now lets you add a deadline, so you can separate the day you want to work on a task from the day it has to be finished.

For example, maybe you plan to send client emails on Wednesday, but they absolutely need to go out by Friday. Now you can schedule the task for Wednesday while adding a Friday deadline, giving you a helpful reminder if your week doesn't go exactly as planned.

It's a simple update that makes planning projects and staying on top of deadlines so much easier. 💙
