“Keep The Faith!” that we have another amazing year, not just in memory of my brother; but for the children in our community who benefit from proceeds raised: The Boys & Girls Clubs of NEPA, for their children’s annual Christmas party, and College Scholarships at West Scranton High School. ♥️🏃🏻‍♂️💙

The Minicozzi Race Committee, thru the UNICO Scranton Chapter, proudly continue the timeless tradition of hosting 200 children at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeastern Pennsylvania for their annual Christmas party. This special event is made possible through funds raised during the 13th Annual Cpt. James R. Minicozzi Memorial Race, held each year over Labor Day weekend during La Festa Italiana.

Every child will be provided with a hot catered meal, refreshments, a warm hooded sweatshirt & jogging pants with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeastern Pennsylvania logo on them, winter hats, gloves and socks along with other surprises.

The celebration will include three hours of festive fun with a DJ, a surprise visit from Santa & Mrs. Claus, and a hands-on craft for the children to make & take home.

“Keep the Faith!” that we make this another memorable day for the children.
