A late season snack for our big guy. 16 hours old and a looooong ways.
This was a 250 yard DOA.
Gunner moved a little slower than normal but he was SO excited to get on one!!!
THANK YOU to this hunter, who knew he had a dead deer but wanted to let G Man get back out there. We appreciate you so much, and Gunner couldn’t be more happy!

Gunner is resting well on his pain medication now. He’s picked out a comfy spot on the couch for the day and seems to be more comfortable than last night.

This young man here has hunted this deer HARD. We checked a shot sight on this deer 3 days ago. Came up with nothing, but he got back on him this afternoon. Had no blood at the shot sight, so we rolled on him again. Gunner and Allie didn’t take long this time to gather him up. This is 110% what it’s all about.
