I’ve always been shy about photographing strangers, but Italy taught me that a smile and a camera are a universal language. 🎞️🇮🇹

There’s something about waiting for these scans that makes the memories feel more real.

No filters, no instant satisfaction, just pure nostalgia and the art of waiting for the light to hit their story.
This is italy, (which one speaks to you the most? frame 8 is mine). 👇🏽

I’ve stopped looking for the perfect shot and started looking for the perfect feeling. 🌑✨

Silhouettes taught me that what we leave out is just as important as what we keep in. It’s about the atmosphere, the quiet, and the mood.

The flag is no longer something we hold; it is a landscape we inhabit. 🕊️🇲🇽

I’ve always believed that our identity isn't just a passport or a place on a map. It’s a living, breathing ecosystem of memories, ancestral knowledge, and resilience. For this new piece of the Lotería series, I wanted to deconstruct "La Bandera" and turn it into a soulful anatomy.

De ser un símbolo externo a convertirse en un paisaje interno. En esta obra, el águila no solo devora, nos corona; la serpiente no es vencida, es sabiduría que nos rodea; y el desierto no es vacío, es introspección pura.

Swipe to dive into the symbolism behind the layers. Which of these symbols felt the most personal to you?

I’d love to read your perspective below. 👇🏽
