I’ve been quietly shifting a lot behind the scenes these past few months—and honestly, it’s been transformational.

Between client work and planning my wedding this summer (🎉!!), I’m really proud of how much grace I’ve given myself lately. But through the chaos comes clarity—and a few key changes have reshaped how I show up, serve clients, and structure my business. All for the better.

These shifts have brought way more clarity and ease to my day-to-day—and my nervous system. While there’s been a lot of evolving happening (more on that soon), these 3 big shifts stand out as the most impactful lately.

(Q1 also happened to be my highest-revenue quarter yet… so yeah, I’ll take the win. 👀)

There’s something special about working with businesses that make a difference. And when they’re women-owned? It just lights me up inside. I’ve had the opportunity to work with clients across industries—from food and beverage to aerospace to mental health. While I don’t have a specific niche, I always find myself drawn to working with businesses in the mental health space.

Why? Because it’s needed now more than ever. And it's helped me so much in my own life.
