Too many times we make resolutions to please others or to get more comments and likes? 😭
I believe if more of us make resolutions because WE want too that we would be more successful in achieving these resolutions. 😇
Pick yourself for the right reasons, become engulfed and happy with what you’re doing and you’ll be amazed at the results you will see. 😁

The goal is to always not to live to or transformations!!
Generally to lose 1 to 2 pounds a week, you need to burn 500 to 1,000 calories more than you consume HOWEVER you need to be in a position where your body understands you’ll feed it after the deficit, you CANNOT just eat 1000 calories a day and say oh but I burned 1500.
