Are you Native Hawaiian or Pacific Islander? Do you have high blood pressure or diabetes? Join us on Zoom to talk story and learn how to manage your blood pressure and blood sugar! All classes will be held on Zoom on Tuesdays at 7pm Pacific Time. You can join from anywhere in the U.S., but just make sure to join according to your own time zone (for example, 5pm if you're in Hawai'i!).

Must be 18 or older to join. The first 20 people to RSVP will receive a Zoom link by the beginning of February. If you RSVP and cannot attend, please let us know as soon as you can, so we can reach out to people on the waitlist!

"Voice your opinions on how to strengthen Pasifika youth health. Your participation in this community action board will result in development of health programs for Pasifika youth."
