In order to CHANGE your BODY you need to CHANGE your MIND first.
Our subconscious controls everything in our body, literally every cell in our body: our blood pumping, our heartbeat, hormones, and so much more. And weight settings as well. Have you noticed some people eat what they want and stay thin and some gain weight from eating plain lettuce? That's because the programming of these people are different. That is why weight loss needs to come from your head first.
What can help with changing subconscious settings?
- Uncovering your limiting beliefs that prevent you from losing weight and changing them.
- Changing your identity from "I'm chubby/overweight" to "I'm healthy and slim". Start this change in your mind and your body will catch up.
- Listening to hypnosis or guided meditations - fastest and easiest way to reprogram your mind.
- Set a clear intention - know your end goal. Unless you know where you're going you will get nowhere.
