Making skin potions always brings me back to my center.

After feeling a little bit off, I spent the evening crafting Aquarius elevate. I first saged my space, followed by Palo Santo, lit my candles, played hertz frequency 639 and set out my crystals.

As I mixed in the Neroil and Frankincense, I could already feel my energy start to elevate. I closed my eyes and took in 3 deep breaths. I could feel my body ground and come back to center. From there I was able to tap into reiki, infusing the oil with the frequency and the codes of grounded, elevated and confident energy.

I am in my body once again. Something I often struggle with as an Aquarius rising. An air sign ruled by Uranus/Saturn, oftentimes the biggest challenge is getting out of your head and back to being in your body. But once you do, your power comes back and nothing can phase you.

That’s the power of being in your body, connecting to your senses and aligning to your highest frequency.
