I recently learned a valuable lesson in being a leader not just in my family, but in my community.

It’s something I see in a lot of other leaders too.

We say we want help.
We say we want support.
But the real question is — why?

Here’s the key:
Are we asking for support to lighten the load?
Or are we hoping someone will carry the weight we were built to bear?

True leadership isn’t about being rescued.
It’s about being refined.

Yes, support is needed. But sometimes, the silence around you is not neglected it is God confirms that you were built for this part of the journey alone.

That’s the weight of being called.

You don’t get to abandon your assignment just because others drop theirs.

I believe in celebrating and uplifting women every single day, not just on special occasions like International Women’s Day! Today, I want to shine a light on two phenomenal Black Queens who embody empowerment, healing, unity, knowledge-sharing, and love within our community. 🌍💡💖

👑 – A beacon of wisdom and inspiration. Every interaction with her leaves me enriched, enlightened, and constantly evolving. 🧠✨

👑 Rhodes – A powerhouse community leader, always driving progress and awareness. Her dedication to true leadership makes her a Community Queen through and through. 🔥💪🏾

Recently, I had the privilege of attending an event where these extraordinary women showcased their dedication and impact. The energy in the room was inspiring, and their work was deeply appreciated by so many. 🙌🏾💫
