These brussels sprouts are total gems! I'm guessing they will loose some of their vibrant contrast once roasted, but they took me by surprise when I saw them at the farmers market!! Who else is making sprouts for Thanksgiving?? I love shaving them and broiling them with a bit of olive oil and s+p ... or with sesame oil, tamari and gomasio!
