Mousse Boutique

With my kids going back to school, it frees up some time for me to learn and experiment in the kitchen. This fall-inspired flavor combination with chocolate mousse and hazelnut praline was a perfect start!
The chocolate mousse infused with ginger and lime was so delicious, but learning how to make cocoa glaze was definitely my favorite part! So I ended up with more glazed cakes than I initially was planning 😄

Which one would you choose, the mini cake or regular cake?
