In today’s episode, we discuss absinthe’s dark era; what really happened in the 95 years that absinthe was banned? If you think that not much happened, you’d be very much mistaken! But what happened in that time inspired my friend Ted to get the absinthe ban lifted.
Big thanks to my friend Dr. Justin Sledge of for helping me get my hands on this post-ban bottle of Spanish absinthe from the 1940’s! It was nice to do a little show and tell in the video. I’m excited to enjoy it on a special occasion!
