Today, we are raising a glass to our incredible Bar Director, Dillon Raaz, on being named one of Punch's Best New Bartenders of 2026.
Since helping open Atoma in 2023, Dillon has shaped a bar program that is thoughtful, creative, and connected to our kitchen, our region, and our guests.
What makes this recognition especially meaningful is why Punch selected this year's class. They chose bartenders who prioritize hospitality above all else, those who extend generosity not only to guests, but also to their peers, their teams, and their communities.
We couldn't be prouder to see his work recognized on a national stage.
Congratulations, Dillon. This honor is so well deserved. 🥃✨

July reservations are now open as our tickets to Atoma's Summer Party!
Get ready for Wet Hot Atoma Summer Party our annual summer blowout inspired by the nostalgic energy of an 80’s summer camp and all the playful, high-energy vibes that come with it.
For one unforgettable night this July, we’re clearing out the dining room tables and transforming Atoma into a full-on camp party complete with camp décor, flowing open bars, endless snacks, and plenty of caviar. DJ Kaipo will be keeping the energy high all night long with dance-floor-ready tunes, and yes dancing is absolutely encouraged.
Please note: this is not a traditional seated dinner service. Guests should expect a lively, standing-room-style cocktail party with music, mingling, snacks, and movement throughout the restaurant and patio.
Think: summer camp nostalgia meets Atoma after dark.
