Magic Flows Where Unicorns Go 🦄
Cocktail recipe for Unicorn Sour -
Ingredients:
* 2 oz bourbon or whiskey
* 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
* 1/2 oz simple syrup
* 1 fresh egg white
* Ice
* Optional: orange or cocktail cherry for garnish
Instructions:
1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white.
2. Dry shake (shake without ice) vigorously for about 15 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
3. Add ice to the shaker and shake again for another 10-15 seconds to chill the cocktail.
4. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
5. Garnish with an orange slice and/or cocktail cherry if desired.

My name is Erin. I am just a girl from Minnesota currently living in the Pacific Northwest after moving up from Southern California, yes they do hate when Californians move north!
