New Study: TUO’s Circadian Light Shown Most Effective
A peer-reviewed study by the University of Washington shows that TUO’s circadian light significantly outperforms blue and white light in regulating circadian rhythms. Participants were exposed to each lighting condition for 2 hours, with all lights equated for their activation of ipRGCs (the cells targeted by blue light products). This is a head-to-head comparison of the three main circadian lighting technologies.
• White Light (includes blue spectrum): No significant phase shift.
• Monochromatic Blue Light (476 nm): 40-minute phase advance.
• TUO Light: 1 hour 20 min phase advance, superior for circadian health.
