๐Ÿ—๐Ÿ Chicken Ziti Bake ๐Ÿง€๐Ÿ…

๐Ÿ›’ Ingredients:

12 oz ziti pasta ๐Ÿ
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced ๐Ÿ—
2 cups marinara sauce ๐Ÿ…
1 cup ricotta cheese ๐Ÿง€
1 ยฝ cups shredded mozzarella cheese ๐Ÿง€
ยฝ cup grated Parmesan cheese ๐Ÿง€
2 cloves garlic, minced ๐Ÿง„
1 tsp dried Italian seasoning ๐ŸŒฟ
Salt & pepper to taste ๐Ÿง‚
Fresh basil or parsley for garnish ๐ŸŒฟ

๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿณ Instructions:

Cook pasta ๐Ÿ
Boil ziti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Preheat oven ๐Ÿ”ฅ
Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).

Mix filling ๐Ÿฅฃ
In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, marinara sauce, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Combine pasta & filling ๐Ÿ—๐Ÿ
Add cooked ziti to the chicken mixture and stir to coat evenly.

Assemble bake ๐Ÿฒ
In a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, spread half the pasta mixture.
Dollop half the ricotta cheese over the pasta.
Add remaining pasta mixture on top.
Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan evenly over the top.

Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove foil and bake another 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.

Sprinkle fresh basil or parsley before serving.
